The Forest Hill Road Bridge Seismic Retrofit and Paint Project will include the following construction improvements to the existing structure:

• Retrofitting the existing bridge by removing and replacing existing structural steel elements
• Painting
• New concrete bridge decking
• Raising the pedestrian railing from 4 feet to 6½ feet
• Constructing new catwalk system for bridge maintenance
• Replace existing bridge deck joint seals and assemblies
